WE PUNCH CUT

plates/sheets with 0.5–15 mm material thickness, ribbons/coils with 0.1–2 mm material thickness in all stock formats and cut to size.

For perforated sheets and ribbons, tolerances according the perforated plate standard DIN 24041-24043 apply for round, square and slot perforations.

WE CUT

lengths up to 3,000 mm

WE LEVEL

material thicknesses up to 5 mm.

WE ROLL

widths up to 2,500 mm and 8 mm plate thickness.

WE BEND

lengths up to 3,000 mm and 6 mm plate thickness.

WE WELD

electric, MIG, MAG, WIG, autogenous, point welding.

WE COAT

surfaces with powdered pigment in every colour tone.

WE LASER

steel up to 20 mm, aluminium up to 6 mm, stainless steel up to 25 mm.

AND ...

we drill, reduce and cut screw threads. We crimp, bead and groove up to 2 mm. We produce disks, round plates and segments. With two CNC sheet centres, we are able to make any desired shape and blank. With modern tool manufacturing, we can produce all kinds of tools for punching, pulling and edging.
